1. Who We Are

TopProd Amazon Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates Inner Pages. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: Your name and email address when you register.
• Journal content: The entries, notes, and reflections you write in the app.
• Usage data: Basic analytics on how you use the app (no advertising trackers).
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We only store your subscription status — never card details.
• Profile preferences: Job title, animation settings, life area notes you choose to add.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Inner Pages service.
• To generate AI-powered insights from your journal entries (processed by our AI provider).
• To send you service-related emails (account confirmations, renewal reminders, subscription nudges).
• To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe.

4. Your Journal Content is Private

Your journal entries are only visible to you. We do not read, share, or sell your journal content. AI processing happens on a per-request basis to generate your insights — it is not stored or used to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party processors necessary to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing (UK/EU GDPR compliant)
• AI providers — for generating journal insights (data is not retained for training)
• Base44 — our hosting and backend platform

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including journal entries is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

• Right of access — request a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — delete your account and all data via Settings
• Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
• Right to object — object to certain processing activities

8. Cookies

Inner Pages uses essential cookies and browser local storage only — for keeping you logged in and saving your preferences (such as your chosen animation style). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Security

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to user data is strictly limited to authorised personnel only. Your journal content is protected by row-level security — only you can access your entries.
